Witch Queen Character Concept

Heres a character concept I worked on bout a year ago. A freelance gig I had while studying in an art school. The client was pretty sure about what they wanted, and even had a reference I was to sort of follow, so not really much room for me to play around.
Supposed to be some kind of witch queen. (I originally wanted to go more tribal amazon type but they made it clear it wasn't what they were looking for) Learned alot from it though so would just like to share.
