Nice mix of materials bro. Suggestions ko lang:
1. Tanggaling mo na ang line sa upper part ng fence. Leave the white verticals as is. Maganda na element na siya by itself.
2. Main gate and pedestrian gate should have the same material para simplied pa ang design, kung gusto mo magkaiba sila, use a different material siguro and make one more prominent than the other para may focal point. Either that or magblend silang dalawa, mahirap kasi pag nag-agawan sila ng lead role. Make the other one more subtle or disappear, kasi dapat extra lang ang isa, tapos ang isa bida.

1.Check concrete texture from the balcony its not equal on the vertical and link this with the concrete texture below windows panel which is horizontal.

Oo nga,. naparami masyado sa design sa bakod. ill try fix that area pag may free time na.

bout sa concrete.
uvw map niya is box.
so ang initial parameters nun gizmo ng uvw map na box is sakto sa dimension nung object.
then i copied the parameter of x then input it to y and z for it to be equally distributed. siguro optical illusion na lang kaya mukang di pantay.
magkaiba din uvw mapnung sa balcony and sa baba ng paneld windows.
tinry ko isakto na dalawa lang panel nung pattern na magkakasya dun sa span ng objects.

sana na explain ko ng mabuti.

gusto ko nga sanang lagyan. kaso wala akong car model na maganda. and di ko alam kung saan ko ilalagay na hindi matatakpan yung scene.

pero tama kayo sir. it will add more attraction.
