stage one is very impressive, we will wait for the next stage...comment ko po ay yung pin lights, a better effect will make it outstanding...thanks for sharing sir...

choice of furniture, mood lighting, contrast of color swatches, rendering 
may napuna lang..
glass frame windows sa taas openable? wala atang access.
accent wall medyo common, you can still think of better design na bagay sa cost nung project, para kasing natipid bigla.
flooring adjacent sa pool, is that carpeted o thatch finish? medyo busy traffic on that part considering may pool sa labas, you might want to consider.
medyo konti yung overhead cab sa kitchen, di ata na-maximize yung area unless they want it that way.
since lowered furniture, I think it would be better to lower that cabinet under the LCD.

sir parang may mali lang sa swimming pool dito.. kasi parang malalaglag siya kapag lalabas siya ng pinto.. pero galing ng pag karender master.
