3 CAD OPERATOR/3D VISUALIZATION

We are a local company doing 2D drawings and 3D visualization in Metro Manila. We are in need of 3 professional CAD operators for architecture and interior drawings.

-BS Architecture
-3-5 years experience in drawing production
-3D Visualization is a plus
-experience in the middle east is a plus
-has initiative to get the job done and meet deadlines.
-efficient and be able to develop efficient workflows
-creative and highly motivated person.
-good team player and time management skills.
-good understanding of design be able to work with architectural and interior works.

Positions available: 2 DRAFTSMAN 2D/3D, 1 Junior 2D/3D Architect

Just asking about the salary sir. What's the salary range that the company can offer? I applied to another company as a 3d renderer but honestly I was not expecting a low salary(13000 range) for an experienced 3D renderer.

usually ang range nyan is 8k-35k. 13k is ok. Pero depende pa rin yan sa demand mo. Dapat magmeet kayo halfway.

8-35k masyado malaking range. For 5 years of college, apprentice, actual work experience, I think 13k is not ok. Kaya pala madami archi and eng na nagcallcenter nalang the range is 15k to 20k starting. Hehe.

Yup malaki talaga ang range. Kailangan mo lang maghanap ng tamang office. Pagcallcenter naman, ibang usapan na yan. Hindi mo pwedeng icompare. FYI.

I meant the range from 8-35k is too broad not the salary being high. And 8k actually is exploitation
I'm already getting 18k. Had I known na 13k ang offer I wouldn't have forwarded my application and shown my works.
For companies hiring its usually best to give the salary range that they are able to offer. Not the actual salary figures.
This is very common sa mga job posting sa ibang websites.

Yup, true po yun maraming nag call center nalang. And for a technical professional giving a minimum salary is absolutely exploitation and this is what I hate most. That is why we give a higher start up sa company namin lalo na we look for long term people to be part of the team. But together with this is a person who has the right motivation, has the right attitude and sense of responsibility towards the work at hand. What we need are versatile and flexible people and has high initiative to get the job done in the most efficient way may it be in 2D drawings to 3D presentation drawings.

We start at 18k, performance will then be evaluated for bonus and increase. For Senior positions we give range of 30-40k but these positions are filled up.
