Rendering wise its fine but one thing I'd always suggest - Research.
Tatami mats are made in fixed sizes, similarly - they are laid out in a fixed fashion. You don't just fit them in. They aren't really shiny because they are made from straw...
Why do I know - because I love sleeping in them
Also, sliding doors should have a base from which they could slide - and you don't have them as if the doors will cut the tatamis to shreds. Its already looking photorealistic the only thing missing are the fine important details that will tell me that your work is true to a Japanese setting...

These are really nice! The lighting of the space makes it look very peaceful & relaxing!
Watch the coincidental edges of your image, where the edge of the wood on the left meets the edge of the image, also on the bottom where the pillows meet the edge. If you give it a little breathing room there, it might make the composition better.
