it keeps on calling him ...
the unknown caller was always on his mind.. wondering who the caller was.. it sometimes brings smile to his heart whenever the caller calls and answer the same answer over and over again...
it makes him sad if the caller forgot to call in two hours time...

I went to a music workshop, conducted by the Philippines, premier progressive rock/metal band FUSEBOXX. Dami akong natutunan, ang syempre bonding na rin with the colony members, another one of my groups, aside from cgpinoy and shredmanila.

Magaling na banda to, i discovered them way back 93-94, nanalo sila sa muziklaban. IMHO, mas magaling pa sila sa mga sikat na banda sa Pilipinas ngayon. tight musicianship, with the ability to shift from 4/4 to odd time at the flick of a finger, at syempre, mga virtuoso sila. And they gave the seminar for free pa, may merienda pang pinamigay, and they do music not for the money, but just for fun and for the love of doing it.

Yes..kakapalit lang nila ng bassist. Yung gitarista nila bago na rin...yung sinasabi mong gitarista si Albert Montinola yun. If you are familiar with Death by Stereo vocalist Jerome Abalos' pang-masa works (larawang kupas, etc...), The guy who did the session guitars for those songs is Albert Montinola. The guy whom they (eric tubon, fuseboxx synth) describes as, a guy who looks like john petrucci, and play like petrucci.

May 2 albums na yung Fuseboxx (listen e.p and the debut), and they are re-recording the debut, which is scheduled to be released in Japan, due to popular Japanese demand (buti pa sa Japan, napapansin ang technical music).

yeah you're right.. he's very much john petrucci... thanks for the add info...is it true that they're dreamtheater of the phils?

If you're looking for the Philippines version of dream theater, then that would be no other than ETERNAL NOW. Although they have a style of their own, so we cannot compare them with that famous progressive metal band. By the way, ETERNAL NOW will finally release an album after ten long years, yes!, the 1st album after ten years of existence. The Pinoy, Rock and UNderground Community is in anticipation for this one.
