Good morning po mga cg pips.pano po ba ang gagawin kapag magbabago ng use ang isang building.halimbawa residential to industrial(workshop).pwede po ba yun?kung pwede man ano po ba ang mga dapat gawin?..TIA..God bless.!

The building is situated in a residential zone.That's why i ask it would be possible to convert/change in use a residential building into industrial(workshop).Kagaya po ng sa land use,halimbawa yung land is agricultural tapos i-coconvert into commercial zone(CMIIW).Parang ganon po.salamat po sir KK.

Change of zoning should be consulted sa city hall at fire department.
