Need help.. Missing plugins.

some plugins are missing on my vray on max. i guess i installed the application correctly, i followed procedureS, but some are missing. please anybody can help me on my problem?..
on LIGHT tab, vray sun and IES are missing.
on CAMERA tab, there is no vray on the selection
ON SHAPES, Vrayplanes..

install as Administrator...and make sure its license

right click your 3dmax icon before opening and run it as administrator
