For me it looks like a bold,
musical, example. Space and volumes are nicely intertwined with lines
and lights. The only thing I wonder is how is it about circulation and
functionality. Canopy roof looks impressive Laughing

You have to establish a concept first before doing the forms. And it has to be very clear.

Design Concept
Design Philosophy
Bubble Diagram
Then you will get the schematic design based on them

Mga suggestions ko:
1. Kung gusto mo free form, use glass or mirrors para mareflect mo ang mga old structures ng intramuros. Just like what they did in boston sa john hancock tower.
2. It's either you blend in or standout. Don't be confuse.
3. You can also go underground just like the Louvre.

Good luck!

thank you for your comments sir! well the project has a one-way flow, much like a traditional museum but the way of transition from space to space will define the users experience.

FYI, it is PD1616.

Thank you Ma'am, Yes, cnonsider din po namin yung PD1616,like maximum of 3flrs. pero base dun sa existing building sa site, and some surrounding structures, hindi rin cla sumunod dun sa guidelines, of max height and suggested design elements like mouldings and such, but thank you for your insight!

It's good if you start doing things right while you're still in college.

PS. No textspeak please while you're discussing sa forum. It could mean termination of your account. Please read the rules.

personally, i like (love!) it. but if its to be built within intramuros, well... (just read what they've been saying.)

(just to give an idea)
in reality: the only way you can change the guidelines, is if you run for office and on your term, you pass a law to congress, which they will approve and you can do what you want or get someone to do it for you. (welcome to the philippines).

but that's too much work, so stick with following the guidelines.
(no pun/sarcasm intended.)
