UPS recommendation

May problema ba ang tandem ng APC Back-ups ES 500 sa Thermaltake TT XT 775W?

Baka kasi ito yung nagcacause ng pagkasira ng PSU ko, madalas pag pinindut ko na power button ko, magoon sya madali tapos cut ang supply ng kuryente after 3 sec power On sya uli then ok na...

Hindi ako marunong sa bagay na to, so baka may recommended kayong UPS....

Good Morning sir, usually this is the only purpose of a (two type) UPS

my hint: a UPS w/ 500va delivers about 350w-450w, a UPS with 1500va delivers about 800w-1kw

my suggestion: try to plug-in other appliances besides your PC(with 775w), maybe your UPS is delivering less wattage than what your PC needs, if it persist, or it might have been a dead battery and you'll need to service it out

Base on your specs, your UPS has only 500watts and your PSU have 775watts.
you will having a problem with your power supply of your CPU.

Always keep in your mind that your UPS must have a higher wattage than your PSU.

example: UPS 1000watts then combine it with PSU 1000watts to lower.

Its normal bro, ganyan karamihan at sakin. nag aadjust pa kasi siya ng kuryente to have its full force when supplying power.

example: UPS 1000watts then combine it with PSU 1000watts to lower.

not really. yung sakin dati wayback 2007, yung APC Back-UPS ko 500 watts lang, pero PSU ko is 620 watts, wala naman akong naging problema for 2 years, since sa Marikina pa ko nun at usong uso ang brownout, ayos lang din naman, tumatagal ng 15-20 mins na naka bukas yung PC ko.

I guess it has something to do with "what is the maximum wattage does your CPU use"

yung 1000 watts naman na PSU natin, malamang ay hindi mo din yun nagagamit ng todo, kaya lang tayo bumibili ng higher wattage ng PSU para magkaroon ng allowance yung watts just incase it needs more supply, hindi ito kakapusin kapag nag peak load yung PC mo especially when gaming or doing some overclocking / benchmarking.

tama ka naman bro, tama ka rin na need talaga ng allowance sa PSU para sa gaming at OC
ing. kaya nagamit mo yung PSU mo na 620watts sa UPS mo na 500watts kasi hindi naman na kokonsume lahat ng PSU mo yung power wattage, kaya pasok parin siya sa 500watts UPS.

at lalong maging sa 1000 watts PSU, hindi na coconsume lahat yan......

i will rather put my PSU sa mas mataas na wattage ng UPS, mas lalong tatagal buhay ng UPS at PSU ko. or at maaari din sa hardwares.

para hindi hirap, good flow ng power sa mga hardwares, anytime pwede rin ako mag upgrade or magdagdag ng hardwares.

Ako same din kay necrolyte. 500 lang ang UPS ko, 620 PSU ko. ok naman. Hindi ko lang sure kung ang 775 ay kaya pang isupport. Siguro dapat wala ka ng isabay sa UPS. Solo lang para solo din ang load.

agree din ako dun bro... kaso pagkaka alam ko medyo may kamahalan talaga yung higher wattage na UPS. kung 1000watts yung PSU ko, need ko mga 1,500 watts ng UPS or so...

tantyahan na lang talaga. hehehe...
