Nice design & concept Bro.
My comments: Road needs mapping. Sky should be a little darker to have more contrast on your building. Keep it up!

Nice Design and render, a little bump for the road might help and work more on the composition and camera angle, kinda bothered with the cars, they are dominating, focus more on the subject, but the rest great work. Keep up the good work. God bless.

too much of a sky..

facets are seen on the curves.smooth mo pa yung mga curves, add segments.your structure is like 20% of the frame, sky is 60% and foreground cars,road is 40%.give more emphasis to the structure po sir and not on those "ready to render" models.
