I know that I sarcastically said in CG discussions that the #11 reason people's renderings suck is because people never really honestly critique a bad rendering and just say that it is good, even if it is not, but these renderings are really good.

Lighting is excellent, no over burnt areas, good contrast, there are no large areas that are 100% black, use of area shadows are quite good. You can see inside the house a little yet it is dark inside which is how it is in real life, light color is consistent with sunlight, etc.

Materials are well made, glass is properly simulated, textures are not tiling, nice roofing texture, etc.

Modeling of course is very detailed, lots of work was put in landscaping, premade plant models look consistent.

Lastly image composition of images 1,2 and 4 are quite good, image 3 is ok, but it is really more of a detail shot. Overall the images look really well made.

CG Pinoy newbies take note, one way to improve your work is to really analyze good works like this one and try to de-construct what makes it really good and try to learn from that. This is one instance that you can learn a lot from.
