-need more contrast on your image and color balance in photoshop
-increase subdivision in your materials and decrease your noise threshold sa vray settings.coz lots of noise sa chair and AC ducting.
-I dont know if chairs are big or the space to small, kasi Sir nag bangga an na yung two chair sa 2nd image.The clearance and circulation between two tables medyo maliit lang.
Your design are nice and great sir but a little work on contrast and color balance.

I just edit your image and add some contrast on it in PS.(forgive me sir)


I mark blue arrow indicates that bluish light from window and inside light is yellow
