Maliit na Bahay nang Sheik

Share ko lang ang ginagawa namin na bahay nang Shk. No need to waste too much man hours in refining and rendering time. Purely madali-an. We are able to save man hours by not putting too much details and perfection sa image and bottom line is the client signed for a contract.

I am sharing these images to share how we deal we dealt with situation in meeting clients needs. Sometimes we feel we need to prepare a super wow presentation, we feel that the image is not perfect, but in reality it doesn't always work that way. Especially when the client starts on asking for perspectives last minute. It will all depend on what level of acceptability of presentation do we need to accomplish to meet clients expectations. We need to balance man hours spent on the project and level of presentation to the maximum level possible working on what within the limits of resources available.
