yup sir, salamat sa pagdaan, and ok kasi sa archicad, plan lang gagawing mo ready na lahat, buong working drawings na agad plus rendering

iba ba ang Archicad sa ACad Architecture master vhin? hindi ko ata alam yung archicad software. hehe

archicad is an efficient software for architects like us...but for presentation purposes like perspectives,i suggest you opt for a more convincing images...these then could command an increase of you're marketing value...raising the quality of drawing is important,,most importantly the perspectives as these are the money shots that we're after...I've seen your rendering about the house with attic,,that one is way better,,is this an old output? why not render like that? and i think the lamp posts are awkward...

yes sir, thic one is an old output, i just want to show what archicad can do , i think this one is way back 2008. i rarely use archicad now , thanks sir
