Help who's the designer/architect of this image

Hello Cgpeepz, good day! Just want to ask who's the architect/designer of the image below, the name of the house, and its location or simply the link about this house. Actually matagal na syang nasa akin, at hindi ko lang matandaan kung saan ko ba ito nakuha. Curious lang kasi nakita ko ang image na ito (kung hindi ako nagkakamali) na naka-front at ginamit ng isang grupo(design and build) sa amin, bale nakapost ang image na ito sa isang tarpaulin at nakalagay ang name ng group nila sa baba, contact numbers, at address. (Napapaisip tuloy ako, baka nga sila ang gumawa ng design at construction, he he). Thanks in advance! Godbles!

Di ko nga matandaan sir whey kung binigay sa akin or na browse at nasave ko sa net. Ang alam ko lang familiar sa akin nung nakita ko na nasa isang tarpaulin, at kanina while browsing some of my files nakita ko nga ito. Taga sa amin sa Cagayan Province yung grupo.

He he, siguro kilala mo yun sir lakay. Sabihin ko sayo pag nagkita tayo. Medyo blurred tong kuha ko dito sa cp ko kasi malayuan, pag uwi ko kukunan ko ng close up, sana hindi pa tanggalin.

Actually hindi kasama yung dalawang images sa right side lakay, yung bahay lang mismo ang nasa tarpaulin, hindi ko na kasi naedit.
