Ito ang mga dapat mong alamin:
1. Capacity. Maghohold ba ito ng convention? exhibits? etc.
2. Function nya, ilang offices ba and kailangan. Head office ba to. gaano kalaki ang region na hawak nya? national ba to?
3. Flow ng tao, grand entrance, service entrance, fire exits.
Basically simple structure lang sya, magdedepende lang ang form nya sa function at flow ng tao. Dun ka din magkakaron ng opportunity na madesign sya ng maayos. Good luck!
