mga kuya i need help kung panu po tanggalin sa photoshop ung mga blurred sa images and how to refine it..any ideas po mga sir? thank you po ng marami..

e2 po pla ung sample image..nahihirapan po kac ako tanggalin ung blurred..possible po ba matangal un?

sa palagay ko hindi mo na matatanggal yung blured, scan lang yan di ba,
