problem open EXR file at photoshop

Magandang araw po mga members, seniors at sa mga mods ng CGPINOY..

hihingi po ako ng tulong sa inyo kung may idea o naencounter nyo na po ba yung ganitong problema.
practice mode po kasi ako sa rendering.

Ito po yung raw render ko galing 3D max, then save ko po sa as EXR file:

ngayon po, nung i-open ko na sya sa photoshop yung EXR file for post production, nawala po yung background saka reflection..

maraming salamat sa oras nyo sa pagsilip ng munti ko pong problema...
at salamat po sa effort ng pagtulong nyo in advance..

try to uncheck "Pre Multiply Alpha"

Here hope it will help. or alternatively use another formats.

bakit EXR? at para saan ang EXR??
mas ok ba sya kesa PNG and TIFF??

inform ko na lang po kayo sa naging progress ng problem..

Miss kettleRenderer, na-try ko na din po save as PNG yung render kaya lang ganon din po ang lumabas, wala ding BG saka reflection. nung save ko naman po ng JPEG,lumabas po yung BG saka reflection kaya lang po madilim kasi ginamit ko yung Gamma 2.2...saka panget po yung color pag save as JPEG.

yung EXR file po, may sinusundan lang po kasi akong tutorial sa PS for post production kaya ko po save ng EXR file.
anyway, maraming salamat po sa pagdaan.
