We do in 1 project is 4-5 images,Takes time about 2-3 week.
Some time is fast some time is very long coz detail in images.
48 h./1 images is a time ever in the past.

depend detail,depend refection

great renders. maybe you can try to pull the vray shadow on elements
just to lighten up some dark areas.
