good render bro.. comment lng sa 1st image ung finish ng counter wood ba un?if wood i guess play with maps to look much better. 2nd image ung floor tiling medyo malaki ung space ng grout un lng bro.

yup sir.. ganun lang yung finish nya sir.. naisipan kong ganyan ang style ng counter para may variation between the wood finishes.. pero try ko yung suggestion mo sir.. maraming salamat sir
