RENOVATION PROJECT
Good Day! po sa inyo mga CGpinians..kailangan ko ng tulong nyo baka po matulungan nyo ko. meron po kaming project na renovation 3-storey..ang tanong ko po mga sir, pano kopo kaya ippresent ang drawing..para sa building permit.ano po bang kailangan..lahat po ng shop drawings sa amin arch., elec, plbg, and structural..at paano po bang process ng payment..design lng po ang gagawin nmin dito...maraming salamat po..

Naku, isang malaking problema to. You don't go into business na hindi mo alam. I suggest you give it to an architect and just get commissions. That's how business should be for you.

do research... kaya mo yan... review mo na lang yong Project Management lalo na sa pre-design services as your first step.. good luck.. the rest muna yong design and construction phases....

@ sir akilis - thank you sir for good suggestions.
@ sir f-41 - yes sir bakit po? architecture student po..pero presently still studying...actually ang tagal ko nang na stop sa school..nilumot na ata utak ko hehe..kaya medyo limot ko na yung architectural practice sir ...tama si sir akillis need ko siguro magreview hehe. any suggestion sir?

basta sa architectural plans mo, ipakita mo lang yung existing plan then yung bagong floor plan. Mas maganda din kung ma indicate mo kung anong walls lang ang magigiba at magagamit pa,
sa payment naman, hingi ka muna ng downpayment, then kapag natapos mo na lahat, kunin mo na yung buong bayad

punta ksa sa city hall..ask mo kung ano requirement nila pag renovation..bibigyan ka ng mga list nila kung ano mga kailangan..

Advise ko sir kung mag design ka ng renovation, mas mabuti kung minimal ang demolition ng existing structure at recall mo po yung as built plan kung meron kung wala mag actual measuring ka po.check mo rin yung column na existing kung compliant ba siya sa design para sa 3 storey na structure. ang structural electrical at plumbing mag pa sign ka sa mga licesyado yung architectural din. break a leg bossing. kaya yan! hingi ka muna ng down payment para sa initial processing. then after finishing the plans hingin mo na yung buo.
