I might do this on front view, a rectangle with crossing lines, convert to editable splines, attach them together, give it some thickness, then apply bend modifier.

nakukuha ko yung idea sir, subukan ko kung kaya kung iimplement yung procedure, ask nalang po ako kung anong diko magawa sa proceudre. thanks sir erick.

for me, take the shape on Top by creating line, extrude on standard ht., convert to editable poly, using polygon and quick slice, then shell for thickness

actually there are many ways, no defined procedures on how to make it perfect. just a little bit of trial and explorations.. goodluck...
