Looking for Slaughterhouse Plans and References

Me and my friend is working on a design of a Slaughterhouse. Since we don't have experience in design of the said project, we need you help us out on this. Animals involve are cows and sheeps only (since this will be proposed on the ME/Muslim country). For the design is not a big issue, what we basically need is a space planning and this is the most important. The flow from livestock to holding and so on and so forth....

Been visiting and browsing the internet and found some but we are not yet satisfied and need more references. We even visited an existing slaughterhouse in the city to add.

Maybe some of you here encountered designing or building a slaughterhouse so please share it with us.
