Activity Center

Good day ka CGP, pa share ulit isang latest project. Its Allacapan Institute(private school) Activity Center ang gusto ng owner na pangalan ng building, katabi kasi siya mismo ng school. Bale commercial establishment sa ground to 2nd, apartments sa 3rd, at water tanks sa 4th. This is my initial and final design kasi approved agad ng owner, and hopefully masimulan early next year. As usual, modelled in max9, rendered in vray plus konting PS adjustment. C and c's are welcome for more improvement. Thanks and Godbles!

i noticed sir, lahat ng renders mo, may bluish color filter.

Ayos pre, adu ti project ah hehehe. Pansin ko bluish ung image sir naranasan ko rin yan pag HDRI ginagamit ko.

Thanks sir, may point ka dyan, kaso hindi naman nag comment yung owner about dyan nung pina apprub ko he he, naka rest sa ground yan kasi konkreto w/ tie beam connected sa katabing column. Nasa 1m pa naman yung space dun sir, maluwang pa. Salamat sa pagbisita.
