What is the latest Vray SU
----------
1.49.01
----------
Fixes:
- Fixed issue that caused a crash when using the Dimension Tool in SketchUp.
- Fixed issue where minimize / maximize box wouldn't show for vfb
- Fixed issue where vfb would stop being resizable after opening up
the framestamp panel
- Made a modification to the way we handle computing the environment -
this was to fix a problem that was introduced in the refraction layer
in a recent update that made it not render complex geometry ( where
there are lots of internal reflections ) properly
Changes:
- TexSky now uses values in the SunLight plugin, if one is specified.
Additional controls have been added to
the SunLight so you can have full control over the behavior of the sun
and sky when a sun is specified.
- In the color mapping render options, if Linear Workflow is enabled,
Correct LDR Textures and Correct RGB Colors will now be unchecked
and disabled. If Linear Workflow is not enabled, you will be able to
enable LDR Texture and RGB Color correction independently.
- Turned off render history until it is fully functional.

- Changed names of materials in the Create Material menu, they no longer have the word "material" in the name.
- The create material menu is now arranged alphabetically, it was in random order prior to this update.
- Rearranged the UI for the render options to be a bit more optimized
- Removed purge unused from material editor's material right click menu,
so now it's only available from the scene materials item.
- Added ability to sort the material list alphabetically

Fixes:
- Fixed issue that would cause crash when attempting to load non-existent visopt/vismat file
- We make sure we close out any open texture editors at shutdown - it
seems that an open texture editor would cause the program to not close
out and keep running in the background
- Made sure file browsers, directory browsers, plugin browser dialogs,
etc, have a parent window set - this fixes problem where a modal dialog
would hide behind other windows and just screw stuff up
- Fixed issue with Bitmap Layout where it would complain about "None"
being passed to it. Wasn't really an issue but it cluttered up error log
with useless error messages
- Fixed issue with Sky layout where it would not handle multiple suns correctly
- We now support colorization of textures that are embedded in the SketchUp scene file (not textures that exist on disk)
- We now support textures that share the same name, that are embedded in the SketchUp Scene file
- Fixed issue where DRSpawner would crash if the computer went to sleep (OSX)
Changes:
- Made ui arrangement for the TexFalloff and removed the "Shadow/Light" type because Vlado said it was not implemented.
- Introduced Angular Blend option to the TexFalloff
- Made it so the DRSpawner prints more information about render progress

Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where it was possible to have changes to a spinbox not update in a render
- Fixed issue where saving images from vfb wouldn't overwrite existing files

- Fixed problem with upgrading binary visopt/vismat to xml where files were not marked properly
- Fixed DR problems on OSX
Changes:
- We grey out the SettingsCameraDof "Aperture" setting if the physical
camera is in use ( you need to use the Physical Camera's "F-number"
parameter to set aperture in this case ).
Change Log:
----------
1.48.96
----------
Fixes:
- Fixed DR issue where black buckets would show up

Run /Applications/ASGVIS/RunVfSLicenseWizard or /Applications/ASGVIS/RunVfSAcademicLicenseWizard from the Terminal if you have trouble. It looks like this problem may be related to the same issues that cause our current DR problems on Mac.

- Fixed issue in DRSpawner that could cause it to render black
- Fixed a problem that made it so the UI necessary to save Photon Maps was hidden
- The file extensions for the gi maps should be filled in correctly when you go to save them out
______________________________________________
----------
1.48.83

----------
1.48.82
----------
Fixes:
- Found that we needed to flip normals in a calculation we do when upgrading rectangle lights from old scenes
- Fixed a bug that caused the highlight / reflection glossiness maps to not get used properly
- Fixed a bug where component definitions from Google Warehouse having the same name caused incorrect renders. ( We now refer to component definitions by appending its name and guid because its possible to have duplicate names if you get definitions from the Google Warehouse )
Changes:
- 'Reflect on backside' option is now enabled by default like it was in our previous official release
______________________________________________
----------
1.48.81
----------
Fixes:
- Modified the way we handle dr initialization that should resolve the problems introduced when using more than one dr slave at a time
______________________________________________
----------
1.48.80
----------
Fixes:
- Fixed a mixup that caused DR renders to not start up properly
- Fixed an issue that caused importing materials to not work correctly
- Fixed an issue that caused imported Sketchup Images to not get rendered properly
______________________________________________
----------
1.48.79
----------
Fixes:
- Fixed issue that caused "apply material to selection" feature in Material Editor to not function properly
- Fixed issue on Windows that caused our previous unicode file path fixes for loading / saving visopts / vismats to not work correctly
- Made it so we no longer use cpu resources when sketchup is idle
- Fixed issue that caused the VFB button to crash
______________________________________________
----------
1.48.78
----------
Fixes:
- Fixed a bug where DOF would not work properly when using the physical camera
- Closing Sketchup while a render is in progress will no longer hang
- Sketchup shortcuts should now work while a render is in progress

- Modified the way we render so that we no longer interrupt the Sketchup event loop.
______________________________________________
----------
1.48.77
----------
Fixes:
- If you hit the render button back-to-back it should no longer cause a crash
- Fixed issue where the default material name when saving would be the last material you saved
- Fixed issue where importing materials was not working anymore
- Fixed internal bug that could cause crashes when adding materials from the Sketchup library and caused odd error log messages
- Material preview should now refresh itself correctly
- Material preview should now get saved properly when the render finishes
______________________________________________
----------
1.48.76
----------
Fixes:
- Resolved issue related to our floating-point spin boxes not working properly in non-US country settings
- The spin box issue also caused other issues like an all-white render output - so if you experienced very odd effects with 1.48.75 and you are not using American-style settings then it could be related to that.
Changes:
- We now put a trailing .0 or ,0 ( depending on locale ) for all floating-point spin box values if they are just integers. For example what would display as "1" in our last build would now be "1.0" or "1,0" depending on locale settings
____________________________________________________
----------
1.48.75
----------
Fixes:
- Fixed problem where subasset bitmap would replace top-level texture for the diffuse layer's color texture
Changes:
- DR nodes remove the scene file on each render - hopefully this will resolve the odd situation where scene files do not refresh correctly
- Closing the vfb will cancel the current render
- Took out block that caused it to be impossible to work while rendering
- Opening mated / opted should always bring it to the top
- Windows should no longer flash during the startup process
- The vast majority of our float spinboxes have trimmed useless 0's
____________________________________________________
----------
1.48.74
----------
Fixes:
- Modified the way our material preview sends pixel data to the preview window...this should resolve issue where previews cause immediate crashing on Mac
____________________________________________________
----------
1.48.73
----------
Fixes:
- Fixed problem on Mac side that caused our oldest vismats to crash when being loaded.
- Fixed issue with right-click menu in material editor not going away sometimes ( Mac version )
____________________________________________________
----------
1.48.72
----------
Changes:

----------

- Fixed alpha multiplier / alpha offset to use spin boxes instead of textures for everything
- Fixed problems with apply material to selection
- Fixed issue with apply material to layer
- Fixed issue that prevented imported skp materials from bringing materials in correctly
____________________________________________________

- Fixed issue where path tracing was not being utilized properly by light cache
____________________________________________________
----------
1.48.67
----------
Fixes:
- Materials with '/' (forward slashes) in their name caused a major problem since we now use a URL system for identifying plugin relationships - we've added some code to warn users about this issue and update materials to use names without the "/"
- Changing the bitmap texture through our Material Editor should no longer mess with the uvs on the Sketchup side

Re: What is the latest Vray SU
another update
Change Log:
----------
1.48.96
----------
Fixes:
- Fixed DR issue where black buckets would show up
- Fixed issue that caused DOF to not work properly
- Fixed issue where texture paths were not being corrected when they were being imported
Changes:
- Added a way to load a directory of vismats at once through the material editor
- Added a "pack material" function
- We remember which DR spawners were enabled/disabled in our options
Known Issues:
- DR does not work on Mac
- The InstallerLicenseUtility is having seemingly random problems on Mac as well. If it doesn't work- try it again until it does. It seems to work properly 50% of the time. Run /Applications/ASGVIS/RunVfSLicenseWizard or /Applications/ASGVIS/RunVfSAcademicLicenseWizard from the Terminal if you have trouble. It looks like this problem may be related to the same issues that cause our current DR problems on Mac.

Re: What is the latest Vray SU
Change Log:
----------
1.49.01
----------
______________________________________________
----------
1.49.00
----------
Fixes:
- Upgraded scenes should now support file paths that contained &, <, and > characters.
Changes:
- Introduced "roughness" parameter to diffuse brdf
- V-Ray Default Material is now called Standard
- Changed names of materials in the Create Material menu, they no longer have the word "material" in the name.
- The create material menu is now arranged alphabetically, it was in random order prior to this update.
- Rearranged the UI for the render options to be a bit more optimized
- Removed purge unused from material editor's material right click menu,
so now it's only available from the scene materials item.
- Added ability to sort the material list alphabetically
------------------------------------------
______________________________________________
----------
1.48.99
----------
______________________________________________
----------
1.48.98
----------
Fixes:
- Fixed an issue where it was possible to have changes to a spinbox not update in a render
- Fixed issue where saving images from vfb wouldn't overwrite existing files
- Fixed some problems related to the new offline activation stuff.
