Show the building by zooming out.
By using a close up vew, all you highlight is an orange thing that looks like an exhaust or the hood front of a car. I would think of the latter if weren't for the cars in front.
try to be creative with your camera angles, try using a camera within eyelevel.

Nice lighting and rendering i wish this is not a design to be build.. i have same thing in mind with master vertex upon seing your rendering..I would suggest to add solid structural component visible to the facade to elimanate the floating effect & heavy look of your upper floor. if this is just additional structure to the main building then that would be fine... just an opinion!! nevertheless your lighting is good!!
