3rd post since last year!

Hi mga masters! This is my Third post since last year. Try ko lang i-post to know kung ano pa pwede i-improve sa design and presentation. hehe..
By the way, this is a proposed 2 storey residence somewhere in Cainta. The ground floor is elevated 1.60M from NGL due to frequent flooding of the area. Pa c&c mga masters. Thanks.

Nice try sir! comment ko lang sana medyo lapit nyo pa ng kunti yung camera at medyu side nyo pa ng kunti pa kanan. background po sir masyado dark hindi bumagay sa scene (Imho). lighting ok na sir thanks for sharing.
