who you should be:
Passionate about 3D, with architecture visualisation experience and wanting to try new areas of 3D
With at least 1 to 2 years of kick ass experience
Would be great if you can lead and run projects
Character animation experience a plus
Must definitely have the following software knowledge: 3Dsmax, After Effects / Autodesk Toxik / Composite / Premier / Photoshop
