nice render brother, just check the scale of the builiding( ground (floor to floor height) or the pre modeled pips and cars!

IMHO:
- Please check your scaling (Comparison: Door entrance & 3d people, Cars).
- Level: road, sidewalk & ground floor.
- There's something in the environment, I can't tell.
I like the design though.

Whats "viray"? "find living" I guess is really "fine living"...
This is a huge leap from your previous post. I agree with machogwapitoRangalua; nice design... Lighting looks good but can still be improved...
The second view wasn't necesarry, the first one would've sufficed. As papaRangalua mentioned there's something about the environment; which makes the second scene look like a scaled model, almost with the first scene too. Like the whole scene was enclosed inside something giving it an unnatural tinge... Rescale na lang yung peeps; they add to the scale model look too especially because these set of 3d people will really look like mannequins with the wrong kind of lighting that sharpens the scene... PM muku denan dkang tau.
Overall good work... How's your render times?...

i would suggest to make another view like everyone said kung titingnan siya parang out of scale maybe because of the camera position ,just like lolo cloud said marami pa pedeng ma improve dito ..try also to kalikot light source mo ...tambay ka lang dito at laging makinig kay lolo cloud ..
