diffuse color and maps are missing after rendering

Hi,

i have downloaded some high quality trees from itoosoft.com, actually its free.
merging the file to the other model after rendering it becomes all black the diffuse maps and color are missing

can somebody help me?

may kasama bang textures folder yung na download mo? if yes, then go to:

1. CUstomize
2. COnfigure User Paths
3. External Files
4. CLick add
5. Locate texture folder
6. Click ka ng isang map, any map
7. Click Use Path
8. Click Ok
