Designer's Fee
Scope: Design and Estimate + Site Supervision..
Sana po matulungan niyo ako..God Bless.. and Thank you!

Re: Designer's Fee
Hmm. Pwede ba yun alang permit?

Re: Designer's Fee
do you have enough experience ba to supervise a project? yung experience kasi ang binabayaran dyan since hindi ka pa licensed. alam ko hindi reason ang declared ang lote para hindi na kumuha ng building permit,

Re: Designer's Fee
Sunod sunod ang problema mo dyan bro. Try kong isa isahin at try natin gawan ng solution.
1. Itong pricing ang problem #1 mo. Since wala ka experience.
2. Design? I'm sure di kalakihan since ikaw ang kinuha at hindi isang architect.
Say tama nga, and hopefully walang mali. Lusot ka na sa problem na to.
Pwede mo presyohan to sa per day mo na visit.
Kung magawa mo to lahat. Good! Pro wag ka sana mawili, magboard exam ka din para tuloy tuloy ang good practice of architecture. Good Luck!

Salamat po sir Bokkins sa tugon, i really appreciate it.
Thanks sir bokkins!
