i like d cantilever structure...matrabho ito for sure...nice render also

nice design sir.. i like the first image..
some minor comments
-first image
- tiling ng grass mo sir too obvious and add mo pa siguro yung amount ng displacement/bump
-paver tiling parang medyo malaki try to resize a litle bit and add some concrete paver end hindi ko alam kung ano right term dun sa may gilid nga mga paver mo nagmukaha kasi syang pinatong lang sa grass mo.
- add some flora and trees both first and second image sir.
-and for the second image sir try to lessen your sun's intensity
