- gutter mo naging white
- naglagay ka narin lang ng terrace sir sana binuo mo nalang up to the facade(IMHO)
- wala talaga window or door dyan sa harap? nagmukha kasi siyang roll-up eh.
- a little work sa landscape pre.

Nice design for a two door, for me, i think nasayang yung space along the road, sinagad mo na lang sana or an additional terrace nga.

Those bars on the second floor area upfront are pretty much useless even as design elements. Design elements should have a purpose too; you just dont slap them here & there just to cover up design ineptitude... Nagsetback kan na din lang why not put windows on the facade area?.. In planning, it does not have to be necessary that the plan layout be mirrored. If you had just explored your possibilities the entrance for the first unit can be placed at the facade area...

Unsolicited advice:
Part of our job is to educate/inform the client what good planning & design is. The client will come to you with what he wants. It is in our discretion to determine if what the client brings sucks. We tell them nicely (for they bring the moolah) whats wrong with what they want & give them several suggestions as to what may look better than what they bring. If you are able to do that you've done your job well.
But if the client insists that you do it his ugly way, it is also upon your discretion whether to accept the project or not, depending on your financial needs, or your principles. Remember, you will always be judged by your body of work. They serve as our advertisements. Would you like people passing by your design saying "thats a crappy design"?...
