Hi f-41, I have the same issue before but I've seen it when the IT installed 32bit OS but it seems that you got 64 Bit OS, that really odd!
I think may problema sa i7, and still hinahanap ko pa din ang solution sa problem ko, I'm receving a lot of Problem - Blue Screen!Crashes...
I've search lahat ng solution sa internet but I failed too...

i haven't got to the point na nag bluescreen ang I7 ko. and im using w7 64 bit to ensure the consumption of my memory but yet yung usable na 3.21 na bit ang odd..bakit kaya ganun. build up nyo ba yung rig nyo? sa akin kasi direct HP na e. buo ko na sya binili. ang i think ayos naman yung mga hardware na nilalabas nila. i think something fishy inside my BIOS or settings e kaya ganyan lang kadami ang binabasa nya...

Re: ram memory help!!!
maybe a BIOS update or reflashing is needed...although you will have to do this with extreme caution.
Can you check your bios version? then, see if there be any info online regarding that.
