Hi to all long time no post mga Sir, share ko lng etong proposal ko para sa bahay namin sa province, medyo limited budget din and hindi gusto ng mga parents ko ang modern kaya need ko i control ang design. ung tree po saka ung white na bahay existing na house ng sister ko. and nakataas po siya gawa ng baha. un lng

magccoment na sana ako regarding roof layout e .. buti nkita ko yung comment ni master bok.... especially sa rear side ng roof .. parang may mali... stick with the 45 degree rule... para safe.. and para maiwasan natin ang mga water leaks... still... nice color scheme and design dude.... astig.... pano mo ginawa yung roof? model ba yan or batzal plug-in?bokkins wrote:Welcome back bro.
