3D TREES

mga sir...ask ko lang po..ano po ba ginagawa sa 3D max para wag maghahang everytime magclone or magplace ako nang 3D trees then for sometime saka palang ako able makapagmove...

pero pag ginalaw ko sya ulet..ayun magpause ulet max ko

ito po pc specs ko: (iniisip ko lang baka may work around liban sa wireframe mode)
Q9550 @ 3.40ghz
Corsair dominator 2x2gb DDR2 1066
ATI HIS 5870 1gb gddr5

On the upper right hand corner of this page there is a "SEARCH" button. Use it & search for "VRAY PROXY".

Try to exhaust all options. Crying for help should be your last resort.

hmm tingin ko natural lang yung behavior nang 3D max 2011 pag may foliage...

Nope, its not normal. I use max11 too... And I use lots of 3d trees, even replaced my opacity-mapped BG trees with 3d ones... Yet my rig still runs smoothly... Wala pa ngang sinabi rig ko sa makina mo sir; Core2 Duo, Geforce7300 128mb, 4gig ram...

Sinubukan nyo po bang gawin yung first suggestion ko?...

yes it was, cloud is right much better to teach you how to fish rather than giving it. the resources is available and well-discussed here already even across the net ( the fishing ground), if not saka pa lang namin gagawan ng paraan to have it here. its not good kase na we just repeat the story again and again.

You've got the right place to learn and this is the 1st one you ought to. Goodluck po!

ganito gawin mo para iwas hang ka pag nag momodel ka sa max ng mga mabibigat na polygon. sa tree na object mo.

right click>object properties>general tab>display properties>click display as box

double check mo yung by layer sa right side nya, pag naka click yun di mo magagamit yung option na display as box. so unclick it.

pagbalik mo sa model mo magiging box lang sya...para mas mabilis ang workflow mo. uncheck mo lang kung gusto mo ibalik sa object yung item mo.

kahit bago tayo bro kelangan pa rin nating magsikap, nandito na lahat, search mo lang at sigurado matututo ka, yun ay kung gusto mo talaga. goodluck sa iyo.
