render is good! design is weird for me. roof is too much.

Wow! Ang gastos nito sa roofing! Mukhang 70% of the overall construction cost.. hhehehehe. Pero seriously, the building's facade is completely lost for appreciation.

Nice jarul! maybe some background on design and concept....
Theres nothing really wrong with a complicated stylish roof design as long u can justify it
an eye level presentation would be great!

try ko po master noel.mdyo may katagalan na kc to,,hanapin ko muna,,,salamat master...post nyo na rin po ung malulupit nyo

good render but i think with this design, provision of normal view would be excellent.
