2 storey additional office/residential structure

Good day...just want to share this little structure that I've been working lately for a client. A6.00 x 16.50mts 2 storey office w/ residential structure which will be built beside our client's existing house... feel free to give inputs and comments for improvements.... thanks in advance

astig! kunting suggestion dun sa horizontal lines. maybe maka-add ng neatness kung continuous ung lines dun sa malaki then in-between ay merong line sa gitna para magmukhang even pa rin ung hati.
