Mga masters pa comment naman po, last design option, 3 storey residential building, sana ma close na po ung deal, hehehe, model and render by me, the design was made by my friend jeff.

i have some comments..imho..
mas maganda siguro if put more contrast..white kasi lahat so maganda makita ang shades and shadows lalo na with that steel works..
siguro laruin mo nalang din ang mga white finishes..meron siguro na flat, may glossy at may textured..(para sakin lang)
taasan mo pa bro ung reflection sa mga glass natin..ung isang glass sa ginta ang ganda ng reflection nya..sana lahat..
off po sa akin ang wooden trellis..
