- downlights are black?
- wine on the lobby?
- rug infront of the elevator?
- mapping issue on the floor tile, it's nice if you align it to the center of the door
- change bg

yeah... Yun din yung una ko napansin bat may carpet/rug sa elevator door? Change the BG sir as per qcsilver says.... and other thing...hindi ba mataas yung riser ng stair mo? mapping and konting reflection siguro floor tiles... lobby eto sir dba? anyways nice work....! galing ng lighting... goodluck sir!
