Re: Living Area: S A L T
I do not like to spoil the fun but, I have seen some of your works in the past and this is far by, very un-austria. The mix between mideterranean and modern (by the way you hang those modern plasma tv set) is quite inappropriate IMHO. Either you box the tv set in a matching furnture or take it away as Joe Quirino would say. I haven't been in the middle east so I do not know how they use the candelabras but they would look better atop a piano or something. They simply crowd your small tables.
What are those frames-like thingies in the walls? Those bronzy statuettes look like penguins handing out flowers and I am sure they arent!
The choice of mirrored painting to hang on the walls need careful thinking as they do not match the mood and color scheme. Me thinks you run out of textures (or time) ! Perhaps something incomprehensible such as an abstract? perhaps a leathery brown sofa would add more touch of elegance? And those wall lights, I'd expect them a little higher than my eyesight as they would blind a person in the room, or perhaps place something more elegantly shaped? Their positioning gives me a feeling that they are simply there as an afterthought rather than illuminate something in dire needs. Bokks already mentioned the size of the wall bumps.
When you have a big lump of color in an image, try to squint your eye and figure out if you can still decipher what the object is, if not then break the lump by using different tones of the materials. Right now, the doors and the frames look either too dark or too indistinctly similar. They look like a single entity, one and all. Break the tones either by using highlights or making elements such as the door handles prominent. Like painting and photography it doesn't hurt to paint with light and colors.
I do not know how to say it in english or tagalog but in Japanese, we'd say "Te wo nuita (kanji ga suru...)" 手を抜いた。。。
I am sure that this isn't your best and I am sure that you know that. I am also sure that you know you could do better than this. Selfish that I am, I would like to have that "wonderful" "awesome!" feeling again like you always did with your renders...

Sir Effreman and Acen thanks po hah.
@Sir V- Thanks Sir V sa pagdaan syempre its my pleasure po. Honestly medyo mahina talaga ako sa classical
at di ko alam kung saan ko huhugutin ang lakas ko sa project na to.
Actually overall Design is not mine
with my ka-officemate madami pa nga po ito.
Kontrolado din kasi ni Amo ang galaw ko dito. Like candelibras tama yan Sir diyan
talaga siya nakalagay sa bawat mesa kainis nga pero ganun talaga hahah.
Regarding Paintings and Furniture napili na yan bago isalpak sa Scene
and which is not right.
May presyo kasi ang bawat Furniture and may Budget kaya di pwede pumili
kaya nahirapan talaga ako at wala din magawa.
Thanks talaga sa pagdaan mo Sir sa uulitin ulit............

Re: Living Area: S A L T
My advice to you is to always make two versions of your scene, one that was dictated by the amo (and you know that it isn't good) and one that you have fixed and arranged yourself.
The reasons are two-fold. One is to allow the amo to make a choice btween the good and the ugly, second - so you can post them here and give good credit to yourself!
Of course, only when time permits.
