A Simple Interior - Rendering and modeling practice
I started doing this several weeks ago, but due to a couple of work load, I had to shelve it for awhile, until yesterday, when I was able to grab some time to work on this scene again. This is more of a modeling challenge and a test in trying out a different lighting setup for me.
Workflow:
3dsMAX/vray/Photoshop.
Used a vray sphere light to simulate my sun + standard camera + exponential color mapping 2.1/2.8 = this crap.
Comments are welcome.

Bale standard camera lang, and proper light position, tapos sa color mapping i played around with it. yung initial setting ko sa color mapping was 2.4/2.4, kaso, may mga dark spots, kaya, pinaglaruan ko, and got a good balance using 2.1/2.8 on my dark and bright multipliers.
Hope makatulong, salamat po.

Ay oo, sa AO, i am still doing some tests on that one...i think i should have just stick to the default of 0.5 on the first dial. Comments are noted.

Re: A Simple Interior - Rendering and modeling practice
this one looks real.since modelling practice naman ito, i suggest not to use those vases sa dining area, gasgas na siya tignan.and it's kinda awkward looking at them na nasa ibabaw ng books(kung books yung pinapatungan nila).and i agree with them sa AO.nice practice, keep it up.

As for the vase, last minute addition, from a raket yan(yung interior design asked me to do it like that on my little raket), did not bother to change it, kasi wala talaga akong balak lagyan ng objects dyan, it looked bare, so ayan na lang muna nilagay ko, madami na akong pending na personal stuff na di pa tapos, kaya di na ako nagmodel, dahil atat na din akong tapusin siya..comment noted sir, thanks for dropping by.

ah..naglagay kasi ako ng light somewhere far right ng scene..di ko alam, parang malakas pa rin yata yung 2.5, as for the glass...i intentionally wanted it to look like clear glass...comments are noted bro..salamat sa pagdaan, ok lang magcomment, para lahat tayo sabay-sabay mag level up.
People who will bother to back read this will get enough pointers for sure. Thanks!!

Oo nga ano..very good idea sir zdesign, dapat nga yata rotate para ma-showcase yung stool...Setting? you mean render settings? sige sir, i'll try to make a screen capture so i can share the setting to this scene. Thanks for the suggestion.
