Lighting output is nice! just comments for the interior design...to me your trying to imply a modern oriental concept. But the ff pls. note:

- you have to much uncoordinated accessories for your concept
- color of the area rug for living room doesn't accentuate your living room furniture, i would suggest to have your area rug in earthy tone colors with oriental elements.
-remove red drop lights at the corners and change your central drop light into a round big oriental paper lamps.
-drop lights at your dining area is too high check lights luminance if it will be sufficient.
-remove the clock, hhehhe!

-i think the sofa set looked very solid ,maybe you can add fabric texture to it.
-ytry to adjust the camera angle and height. i just find it too high, which makes your furniture pieces small lalo na po yung mga seating pieces.
-work more on the design, the rendering is okay na po e,yung pinaka look or design nalang ang kailangan i improve. just try to brows interior spaces on the web for your inspirations.
