I like the design of your building sir. I agree with master Jeff, mas ok xa kung morning scene but kung night scene naman kunting tweak nalang cguro sa lights. Try to add lights sa interiors mo as well as furnitures sa loob. Fake lights sa exterior part woulld also be helpful para makita ang kagandahan ng design mo.

We will wait sa updated version nito sir!! Keep rendering. 2thumbsup

nice sets of renders

hhhmmm.... vray render part, try to replace your bkg to a much darker skyline for contrast to your foreground and kill your vraylight directing above the facade... leaving all your facade wall lamps intact... and increase your GI environment multiplier under your vray setting to a value of 2 and higher, to lit up the scene (note: since your GI environment is set to none as default color as black... it won't help at all) so put a vrayHDRi map under your vray GI environment (vrayHDRI won't be seen and cast to your final output, all it does is to litup your scene wo adding a vraylights).... remember, to set an hdri map to a vacant slot under your material editor and set as instance...

hope it helps to you

sir po ba or maam? hehe... ung photo nyo po kasi girl na alanganin sa name. anyways im a newbie here in cgp kaya la pa masyado kilala...

design lang po cguro... ask ko lang whats ur plan for the roofing? slab ba? dun kasi sa mental ray render... masyadong flat tingnan ang roof and sa vray render i see shingles. if its gonna be a roof talaga... maybe higher the angle a bit. but the building seems to big for just 1 roofing. maybe u can play with it a bit. pero f ok na ung me ari na ganun... k na din.

ung large window panels nyo po. parang mahihirapan ung contructor to look for that big glass. maybe u can divide it. it will also add to ur design.mas magiging maganda kinalabasan ng render.

the bricks po... as i have notice lang. u put mostly of it on the left side. (screen view) pointing at the walls and the fence... ang dating is masyado na po heavy on 1 side and the other side is to plain. maybe put some brick accent din sa other side... just to put some balance.

also i have notice a big sliding window ba or door above sa blue brick works. ano po un? is it going to balcony or window lang?if window lang. maybe un can put something to block it to avoid accident. pwede na siguro ung railing design nyo lagay nyo dun or if u could think of something much better.

last nlng... hataw na toh... hehehe...
i just notice a black shadow on the roof eaves dun sa me trellis above the balcony. something maybe wrong with that... maybe the masters here will be able to remedy that.

good luck po.
