GPU rendering - Evermotion Review

May nabasa ako kanina sa Evermotion tungkol sa pagrerender na gamit ay video card.

GPU...astig....full render under 6-8minute ang lupit...tama ba intindi ko.....the cpu is using its video card to render the scene?specifically the cuda technology over nvidia products lang?

Just be sure You have at least + GT8800 NVidia graphics card and latest CUDA drivers.. Invest again Cuda Technology Vcards for this kind of Application

sa GTX 480 nya nirender ang mahal na video card nun, high-din ang set up nito kung gusto natin ma achieved yung speed at quality ng rendering. Sa ATI kaya support din itong octane render?

for me i think this is advisable sa mga animation. specially sa small and freelance jobs......

prang torture naman sa videocard toh... hindi kaya masira kagad ang videocard ko nito kung gamitin ko sa rendering

ginagamit ko na sa games tapos gamitin ko pa sa render...

nagsale ang octane sometime ago parang give away...nakakalungkot naging commercial na sya. Based sya sa Luxrender but open source pa rin ang Luxrender at meron na ring beta ang lux na gpu powered...Ang arion pwedeng i-disable ang gpu parang maging cpu powered lang para hindi magcrash ganun din yung shot
