-no airvent on the roof eaves, much better if you have provided for functional requirement
-the distance of column on garage is smaller and tight as compare to the main entrance.

yun po kasi nasa design nila sir.. render lang po akin.. cguro para lang po sa tricycle yun garahe.. hehehe.. salamat po sa pag view...
