share ko lang po itong tabing guhit..render lang po sa akin.
autocad + 3d max_vray render + konting PS.

simplicity rocks. a little brightness na lang kulang.

just remove po yung circular na drop ceiling sa may side, its off tignan po. If you want circular patterns you can have it in your carpet po like a silhouette. But overall lighting and visual is Nice po!

maam anmarj1258,thanks sa suggestion bout sa ceiling.. sinunod ko lang po yung gusto nung designer saka yung nasa ceiling plan na binigay. anyway, maraming salamat po. noted po comment nyo. approve na po ito sa client.
