Scaling of the natural elements in the Top View and Horizon is off.
The displacemements of the ocean wave is waaaay big (like a tidal wave) compared to the cg lighthouse. Which makes it look like a miniature set againsts an ocen backdrop.

If you are aiming for realism, the asphalt ground should have at least some distinguisable texture or markings in them - right now it looks like a wide clump of grey matter. Lower the contrast a bit - objects in shadow areas look too dark. Good use of vray sky lighting btw.
