sustainable park

hello po,, i'm a newbie here,, renicommend lang po ng kaibigan ko tong site na to, and wow,, nakaka amaze mga gawa ng mga pinoy.
if i'm not mistaken, most members here are architects,
bali 5th year student na po ako, taking up my thesis, and my topic is all about sustainable park
i will be designing an existing park here in baguio,, it is sorrounded by a residential area approx. 26000 sq.m
just want to get your opinion about my topic,,
at tsaka baka may alam din po kayo kung saan ako pwedeng makakuha ng published research na similar sa topic ko,,

Maganda ang topic mo. You should do it, and hopefully ma-implement ng local government. Ito ang mga basic idea how to make it sustainable.

1. Clean it up, beautify the park.
2. Allow a little area to generate some income for maintaining the park. Area for tiangge or night market or sunday market.
3. Provide activities. Recreational areas like basketball courts and tennis courts. etc.
4. And promote it for all the other parks to follow.

ang ganda naman dito,, daming matulungin,, sayang sa second sem pa kasi namin gagamitin ung mga 3d presentation,, more on research pa kasi kami sir ngayong first sem,, november pa mag start second sem,, pm ko nalang kayo kung pwede pa kayo,, hehehe,, arghhhhhhhh sayang ung free,,, thanks po sir sa promo,, sana di pa magexpire,, hehhehe

sa totoo lang sustainable designs nga ang pino promote ng gobyerno lalo na ngyon, totoong gagastos sila sa mga technologies pero long term naman ang benefit at malaki rin and matitipid pagdating sa operating period ng park mo. for example kung gagamit ka ng solar street lights malaking malaki ang tipid mo sa kuryente.

Hindi yan mag eexpire madam,pwedeng pwede, remember, malapit na ang november. Pm mo lang sya pag need na mag 3d.

pinaalala mo sakin ang urban planning. sabi ng prof ko noon, tungkol sa baguio as summer capital of the philippines. napaka-ganda ng baguio noon compare sa ngayon. dahil mainit na at congested na ang population dun. somewhat.. totoo nga. kaya maganda ung thesis mo. makakatulong yung thesis mo as better development ng bagiuo to eliminate some unused buildings, pay parking vendo, streetlights and change it into more efficient, sustainable green architecture.. napansin ko lang, sa liit ng syudad, laging traffic sa along session rd. dahil sa mga nakaparadang sasakyan. hindi kaya kailangan ng vertical parking ma may nature touched total walkable place naman ang baguio so pwede ka din magpromote ng "healthy living by walking"('_ just drop by! good luck sa defense.

i dont know yet sir,, kasi dito baguio,, more on beautification ginagawa nila sa park,, example nalang is bung burnham park dito,, gumastos po sila dun sa lighgtingfixture,, tas nung nasira,, hinayaan nalang,, then from my observation eh nagiging commercial space na ang ibang park dito sa baguio,, sana gawan ng paraan ng mga bagong opisyal ng baguio para di masira ang mga datig magagandang pasyalan dito sa baguio,,

salamat po sir, sana nga po mabawasan na mga sasakyan dito,, sana nga i pedestrianize na ang session road,hehehe , kaso lalong magiging traffic sa gilid nya,mas lalala pa pag panagbenga tsaka mga pasko, ginagamit kasing access ung sessionroad papunta sa sm tsa sa mga school,,
